Thank you for enrolling in ACC Chinese class starting August 23 through December 13, 2026. The class time is 1:30-3:40pm each Sunday.
On this online registration form, we would like to know the child/children's information, family information, emergency contact, pediatrician contact, indemnity and medical treatment authorization, and parent's agreement with internet publication.
